| 4. Payment are to be made by DD taken
infavour of M/S.SHIVALINGAM & CO,Coimbatore payable at any NATIONALISED BANK
at Coimbatore. |
| 5. RATES ARE SUBJECT TO FLUCTUATION.

| 6. During RATE changes, the DATE on
the DD will be taken into consideration. |
